How can donors be sure money actually reaches project beneficiaries?

Anglof Regional Foundation & Humanitarian Relief Agency (ARFHRA) sends funds to overseas projects against an agreed itemised budget on a quarterly basis. Each country programme submits regular finance reports to our office in the UK. Additionally, UK staff visit country programmes regularly and budgetary issues are always discussed. As in the UK, external auditors also audit each overseas country.

Each of our projects is managed with itemised budgets and project outcomes.  Project outcomes are closely monitored, and this would include items such as number of children helped, families supported.
