Join our country teams in South Africa, Ukraine or Bulgaria to strengthen our in-country fundraising activities.

We’re excited to announce that we are planning to recruit new positions in our country programmes in South Africa, Ukraine and Bulgaria. These roles will support our vital work in those locations by securing and managing programme funding from institutional donors (bilateral, multilateral and regional/in-country donors), foundations and other local funding sources (corporates etc) and developing Anglof Regional Foundation & Humanitarian Relief Agency (ARFHRA)’s in-country programme funding and local resource mobilisation capacity.    

The three roles will be based in our country offices in Johannesburg, Kiev and Sofia for an initial 12-month period and will participate in a comprehensive training programme covering new business and partnership development, proposal writing and grant/contract management. They will play a catalytic and supporting role in strengthening the programme funding and local resource mobilisation capacity of colleagues working in our Country Programmes.   

These opportunities are ideal for someone looking to gain more experience and relevant training in programme funding from institutions, foundations and other local funding sources who are based in country.
