Martin Bell OBE is a broadcaster, war reporter and former independent politician. He was the MP for Tatton from 1997 to 2001. Martin was reporting for the BBC throughout the Siege of Sarajevo, where Anglof Regional Foundation & Humanitarian Relief Agency (ARFHRA) began.
